Concept Foundation is an international not for profit organization, working on improving access to sexual and reproductive health medicines and technologies in low- and middle-income countries worldwide.

 

Founded in 1989, we operate under a collaboration agreement with the World Health Organization to promote the availability of sexual and reproductive health products at affordable prices, and their safe and effective use in low-resource settings.

First API for reproductive health is prequalified

Ethinyl estradiol, manufactured by Qinhuangdao Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co Ltd, China (QZP) has been prequalified by the WHO PQP under its API prequalification procedure.

Formation of Generic Manufacturers Caucus for Reproductive Health

As part of Concept Foundation’s work with the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC), the recently formed Generic Manufacturers Caucus for Reproductive Health (GEM/RH) will collaborate with RHSC to increase the availability of quality, affordable and safe reproductive health products and medicines to women, girls and families in need.
