Managing the Evolution

In introducing, managing and distributing products and technologies in developing countries around the world, Concept Foundation utilizes a wide network. This includes local and international organizations and consultants, including influential researchers, physicians, academia -on both international and national level-, staff of local hospitals and clinics, and ministries of public health, as well as local and international not-for-profit organizations. The resources within this network help the Concept Foundation to determine how best to meet local health needs.

Once the products are manufactured at international quality standards, and local distributors are identified, staff is thoroughly trained to introduce and expand the use of the products in both the public and commercial sectors to reach the largest numbers of people possible. When registered and approved for sale, the products are supported by information collected with the support of local researchers and marketing firms that assist in developing quality materials for training and information. Local staff members of Concept Foundation's licensees are thoroughly trained to provide accurate medical information regarding the products, as well as to provide quality counseling and informed choice.

Concept Foundation provides assistance for its licensees in designing marketing strategies by utilizing its global knowledge pool of best practices.
